Question: Is there like an online yellow pages?

I walk pets in my area (I'm 17). I was wondering if there was somewhere online where I could advertise myself? (sounds dirty, ha ha ha). I don't want craigslist or anything.. sketchy. Oh, and except, of course, the yellow pages. I truly don't believe anyone really looks in that :\ I am 17 years old, I cannot go on yellow pages. And I've already tried flyers.

YES! Try contacting " The Yellow Pages ".com This comes Standard with most Internet Services. It costs Money to List your Business, but you will be there anytime anyone anywhere looks up Pets.

If you are just doing petsitting and dog walking in your neighborhoods, then make up some flyers and hand them out door to door. You could design it so three fit on a sheet of paper and then have them printed and cut at a Fedex Kinkos. Put a magnetic sign on your car, too. Worked for a teen I know. Also, getting referrals from local vets and groomers would be helpful, so stop in with some flyers and talk to their staff.
