I want to know the yellow pages what do in the internet . and why have they named yellow pages? and about waite pages >

Yellow Pages is a directory of local business contacts (phone numbers and addresses) sorted by categories. they were named yellowpages and use yellow paper to differentiate themselves from the regular phone book or white pages. The White Pages are a directory of local home contacts (phone numbers and address) sorted alphabetically by last name. there is Yellowpages.com and whitepages.com which have the same information on line.
