Question: At&t yellow pages advertising?

I want to cancel both my on line and yellow pages (printed) listings before they automatically "stick " me with another year of (worthless) advertising. Does anybody know how long I have (before the new year of advertising "kicks in ") to cancel? I cannot find terms and conditions anywhere.

Each phone directory has different deadlines, depending on which city you live in. The directory can not have the same deadline for all the cities. It would be too hectic. Best thing to do is go back to the representative that sold you the ad and ask them. Also, anyone at the advertising department should be able to answer your questions. I should know....I work for a phone directory in the advertisement department. It's usually 2-3 weeks before the directory is distributed in your area. Hope it helps....
