Fax Numbers, Fax Marketing & Other Advertising Methods.

Question: Can anyone tell me how to stop those annoying fax ads?

I have a Hp fax. When I get home, I always have these annoying ads about insurance, tee shirts, and house sales. There ads like that, and they waste my paper and ink. Besides turning the fax off because I get unexpected faxes from clients, how can I block off these ads? and i dont want it to block international faxes.

This is really the best solution... Get an old school fax modem for your computer and you can get free software that will answer the phone for you. When I bought a fax modem a number of years ago it came with the software. Total cost $20 or so. You can delete any faxes you don't want and print or view the ones you do. I hate the old-school fax machines, dated technology and 90% of your faxes are like fax-spam anyway. What a waste!

I got them to stop by putting my fax number on the governments do not call list at donotcall.gov It goes into affect 90 days after you add your phone number to the list and it worked for me.
