Question: How can i be a professional in english , such as writing formal letters, faxes, mails as executive secretary?

Hooray! Someone cares! Business communications has gotten too informal. I'm glad you want to know more about writing more professionally. I think the book I had years ago was put out by Webster - it certainly has been updated to account for today's many means of communication. I'd shop for a great book that will give you many examples of business letters and style at Barnes and Noble. And by all means, have your boss expense it!
