Question: Are buyers willing to register at various online sites to get coupons faxed or emailed to them?

Yes, my company (Data Locator Group PLC, UK - datalocator.com) has a branded website called vouch4me.com from which we collect lifestyle survey responses by offering free gifts, vouchers, two for one deals etc. We collect millions of surveys this way and all the individuals are subsequently emailed vouchers and coupons.
